At ALC-comInternational we are proud to prepare our students in the best way possible for both French and English examinations. In today’s article we will focus on how we will help international students prepare for the TOEIC exam.

What is the TOEIC made up of?

As many know, the TOEIC exam is made up of a Reading and Listening paper, as well as a Speaking and Writing paper. At ALC-com-international we will prepare you well for each one of these 4 skills. The TOEIC is used by companies and schools as an indication of the level of professional English. Large companies use this test directly in their recruiting methods. With appropriate preparation, you will master the tactics that will help you get a better score.

How long is the TOEIC course?

The duration of the TOEIC course is 3 weeks, however this is subject to prior level. It is recommended to have a B1 level before starting a TOEIC strategic preparation course. Basically if the student does not have a B1 level of English, the course will be longer.

What are the entry requirements for the TOEIC Course?

The entry condition for the course is the passing of the evaluation test of ALC-cominternational Intermediate level 1 (B1) is required to be able to follow this course the minimum age required is 16 years and over.

What are the skills achieved by the end of the TOEIC Course?

The TOEIC exam prepares students for the world of work, so in our preparation course we focus on preparing the students for this too. Students can expect to learn new business-related vocabulary; they can expect to become familiar with different business-related texts; they will learn to write business emails, using the right structure, format, vocabulary, grammar and tone of voice.
